The quirky Pen series is a half-frame camera made by Olympus. The fully automatic exposure camera was an upgrade to the Pen EE-2 (1968-1977) and came fitted with a fixed focus 4 elements in 3-groups Zuiko 28mm F3.5 lens, with the addition of a Flashmatic system for use with the Olympus GN14 flash.

The film speed range was changed to reflect more modern emulsions. It now ranged from 25-400 ISO. Shutter speeds also changed to 1/200 and 1/40th of a second (compared to 1/250 and 1/30th in the EE).

The Olympus Pen EE-3 exposes a 18mm x 24mm frame on the film which gives you a 3:4 aspect ratio.

The Olympus Pen EE-3 is light, durable, compact and easy to use 35mm camera which is fantastic for anyone looking for a simple camera with great portability.
