Our products (cameras & film) are sourced and personally inspected by us. We provide detailed product descriptions & photos, and will specify any defects or problems in the description. We ensure that the products we sell are working & customers will be satisfied with. However, due to the nature of film cameras, problems may happen.
As a result with our warranty & returns policy, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of delivery IF the item arrives defective outside the detailed conditions when purchased. Please contact us within 21 days of delivery AND ship the item(s) back within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in, along with the original packaging. As well, we request a proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where refunds or exchanges will not be granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Buyer contacts us more than 21 days after receiving the product.
- Buyer changes mind.
- Buyer is not happy with the image quality. We do our best to showcase the camera's image quality on each listing with a tested roll. Please refer to it when buying a camera.
*Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
To receive a refund, the item must be received and inspected by us. We will examine the problem and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved for a refund, your credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
